When you’re expecting “Buonasera,” a word
too easily confused with the more familiar
“Buongiorno,” a word ready on the tongue,
“Buon ritorno” will throw you for a loop
if spoken by your neighbor, the customed-
made shirt lady from the shop downstairs.

Of course your comment revealed yet again the woeful state of my “musical education.” And so, naturally, I headed off to YouTube to hear the treats it held in store. And there, predictably, the “Changes to YouTube’s Terms of Service” were blazoned at length in Italian.
